Referral Sales:
Perfect for single-service providers handling projects under $4,000, like plumbing, electrical work, or handyman services. We identify the customer’s needs and communicate them to you in your language, so you know exactly what to expect. With this flat-fee model, you focus on delivering great service while we handle the setup.   

Project Sales:
Ideal for larger, standalone projects such as roofing, siding, or window installations. We meet with customers, discuss their needs, and provide detailed cost projections. When we pass a customer on to you, they’re ready to get started on their project.  We stay engaged with the customer until the project’s completion, ensuring their satisfaction while you focus on the work. This model is invoiced as a percentage of the project sale.

Managed Sales:
Best for complex projects involving insurance claims or intensive customer management. We take on the heavy lifting of dealing with insurance companies and ensuring that all parties are aligned. From cost estimates to final walkthroughs, we handle every step of the process while you focus on execution. This model is invoiced as a profit split.
